September... the first half

Updated ring photo. Because that phase I had since last year morphed into a lifestyle.
What can I say? I love rings.

Old pic 2010:

The Lost Hero is in fact, the whipped cream and chocolate syrup of the Percy Jackson series. It just gets better, and better.  (still obsessed with my iPhone and its editing prospects)

I baked a bunch of Blue Velvet cakes (or, as I bravely call them Blue in the Loo, and it is what it is.)

My favourite cafe to hang out (as you all might probably know) is at Cafe France (previously known as Deli France, and particularly the Mall of Asia branch) Because 1. the huge glass window-walls let in so much natural light that gives me a really nice vibe for reading, 2. the food is splendid, the coffee is great. 3. they play legit french music. 4. The seats are comfy. 5. Wi-fi zone (As is any other SM mall, but this place is special.)

I could sit there for hours.

Saw these framed posters in a Singaporean coffee shop, almost like Kopi Roti. I found them dangerously hilarious and inappropriately appropriate.

Troy and Cole. They are growing up so fast. Too fast.

Whoooo's a messy baker? I am!

The loooooong line at Happy Lemon. Still don't get it.

My sister's birthday was a few days away an my Dad treated us to dinner at Legend. The peking duck at that place is just SUPERB. Its one of those "stop what you're doing and just thank God for this moment and the food that you're devouring" types of food. Seriously.

That's it for the first half.

Am I getting too boring for you guys? :(

August.

As you can obviously see, I have recently refurbished my blog!

But I can't say the same for this post. Its a little over 2 months late and I'm trying to catch up as per usual! Nope, this is not recent.

Nevertheless, I shall make amends with you guys, and offer a peace offering of a hefty amount of spammage. Yes, you read right. Spammage.

Continue reading if you're still interested in my dull, yet colorful life on pixel and short captions.

Paper Samurai

My friend Trish asked me to do a photoshoot showcasing the dress that she specially made out of Japanese paper. Our pretty model for the shoot was Jan (Trish's TALL AND LONG HAIRED FRIEND, I felt so small next to her) was absolutely a doll to work with. Literally. She looks like those Japanese Dolls. Vicky was there too to help us out and I finally got to meet him!

We did a lot of hair flippage thanks to Vicky!

Isn't she so pretty? *w*

That dress is super amazing.

The cars slowed down, and people stared at us while doing this. Jan was such a good sport! She didn't mind so much!

Super happy about this shoot. I haven't done one like this before and i'm glad I did it with friends.

P.S. Thanks Rasel for letting me borrow your lens. I really miss my 50mm :(

By the end of the shoot, we were all tired and hungry so we went back to my house and just chilled for a bit.

Earlier, I baked red velvets for an order, and I baked a little extra for us to munch on. VICKY ATE MOST OF THEM. LOL. They all liked it!! I'm so happy!!

BTS DUDE BTS

Trish did the make-up and Vicki helped with the hair :)

LOL

Vicky teaching Jan how to be fierce.

HAIR FLIPPAGE

It started drizzling a bit, and we had a huuuge umbrella with us to protect the paper dress!

Vicky has really cool shoes. And he did it himself :>
THANK YOU DIONE FOR THE SAMURAI SWORDS!!
ILU PIZZA

I had the greatest time with these guys, they are the bomb.

Do you like the photos? :)
