Wander Away: Laia

So how have you guys been? Good? Good. I've been great. My family and I have been going on tons of trips! Its kind of weird since we don't usually do this a lot. BUT WHO AM I TO SAY NO? Anyway, we went to Laia Batangas, and stayed there overnight. Pretty beach, sand kind of hurts since each grain is a little smaller than oatmeal. Not fine at all. But its a pretty good beach all in all, I've been to better places but this 'aint so bad.

Wander Away: Bye bye Bicol

Just a ton more airplane shots. Lol enjoy.

Wander Away: Bicol Day 2!

On our second day in Bicol, we went to a conference in Tabaco and then visited the Mayon volcano and went to the rest house there, and it had a planetarium there too. Sucks that it wasn't open! I was so ready to go see stars and stuff. But no. The universe didn't intend it to be so.

At night we went to embarcador mall again to have our last dinner in Bicol. I love, love, love that mall. Srs.

Wander Away: Bicol Day 1!

Last month we traversed through the air and made our way to the beautiful city of Bicol. We thought about going about it on a bus, but I heard it took 12 hours to go there! Mithros, that could've taken us to the states by airplane in that allotted time!

We stayed there for 3 days and two nights. On the first day, we explored bicol and did a lot of sight-seeing. And that is what blog post is about, so prepare yourselves for a ton of photos. :D

Wander Away: Ternate Marine Base

Remember when I told you I was going to the beach? We did. But it wasn't as fun as I thought it would be. The water made my skin red and blotchy 5 minutes after I dipped my toes in. The wind was too terrifyingly strong, that it blew the sand with it, which then hits us like a million tiny needles on exposed skin! It hurt, and I yelp out a bellowing "OUCH" every single time the wind attacks us armed with those tiny little sand needles of doom. No, it wasn't fun at all.

But, sand storm or no, we still tried to enjoy ourselves. I mean, we're already there.

Nuttella Fudge Brownies (Recipe & How To)

I don’t know if you’ve heard, but Nutella has been quite famous among us young people. It has become a thing. A fad. You buy a jar, and you’re cool. It’s just how things are. And you can never go wrong with Nutella. The way I see it, the universe has come at peace with chocolate and hazelnuts, and produced Nutella. Anything with Nutella is simply better. You can eat it straight out of the jar, delicately spread on a piece of bread, or brilliantly incorporated into a brownie!
The recipe I’m about to share with you is one of the easiest recipes I’ve done. With just 5 ingredients all in all, how could you resist? I was absolutely shocked when I saw this recipe on the Internet. I mean, aside from the fact that it’s a brownie graced with the glory of Nutella, its unbelievably quick and easy to make!
We had a photoshoot at our house for my friend Miles’ project and I had the opportunity to bake these delicious fudgy brownies for them. Her sister, whom coincidentally is Trish Magcase (my partner in crime on our baking blog), helped me bake these little bad boys while they were busy working in the other room. We had so much fun baking these, and we practically had to stop ourselves from sticking our fingers into the batter because the smell was just mouthwatering!
They loved the brownies especially after a tiring photoshoot, it was just the perfect thing to munch on. You can literally taste the hazelnut, and they had just the right amount of chocolatey-ness, and fudgey-ness you could ask for in a brownie. Plus those chocolate swirl chips give it just the right kick of sweetness, which you can also substitute with real hazelnuts for a variation in texture. So, I hope you really enjoy baking these wonderful brownies as much as we did. I assure you, Nutella will definitely make your day. Bakenjoy!

I got a new dog!

Well, he's not new anymore... Just a really late blog post! I got him last month, He is a beautiful Siberian Husky. I wanted to call him Vashkov but my dad insisted on Troy. :|

But now I keep calling him Kyle accidentally. I know. :|

He has one icy blue eye and a brown one on the other side. He has what people call a Devil Mask, and he's got wolf grey fur. <3

Here are a few pictures of the baby :)
